Ibis Styles Dubai Deira Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were enjoyable, great view from rooms and rooftop, clean and tidy rooms, free PC access.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was near to the metro station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit attractions such as the Gold Souq. The room had a great view and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were very accommodating. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious.

The parking for the property was not easily accessible and caused some inconvenience.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh items and made-to-order eggs. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, both inside and outside. The location was fantastic, situated in a transformed old neighborhood with nearby bazaars and a convenient supermarket that stayed open late into the night.

It was difficult to find the hotel on maps and ordering food to the hotel was a struggle with drivers needing directions. The signage of the hotel could be more prominent for easier visibility to customers.

This hotel is just a short distance from the subway, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms offer a nice view and are kept clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is delicious, with a wide variety of options available for all dietary preferences.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Great location, near shops and within walking distance to attractions. Delicious and fresh food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Sheena. Clean rooms with cool atmosphere. Conveniently located next to the markets and gold souk. Modern look, excellent facilities, and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and lovely restaurant setup. Close to metro station, but taxis are also easily accessible. Only 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. Big store nearby with everything needed. Fridge, hairdryer, and iron available upon request.

Felt cozy, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr Hatim at the reception, were very friendly and always ready to solve any problems or meet our requirements. The housekeeping team, particularly Mr Hannan, took excellent care of our room on the second floor. The bar and restaurant in the hotel met all our requirements. The breakfast was good with a nice mix of Middle Eastern and continental options. The staff serving breakfast were courteous, kind, and customer-oriented. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the location was excellent, close to the Gold Souk metro station and other stops.

The presence of a decent-sized fridge in the room was a nice touch, and the hotel also offers the option to request a hairdryer and iron from reception.

One drawback was the difficulties in finding the hotel on maps and ordering food for delivery. The signage could be more prominent for easier visibility.
